Meet the team

Dr Caroline Morgan has lived in the New Forest since 2008, moving to the area from France. Caroline was born and raised in Sheffield and has three children. She loves the sunshine and loves to travel, visiting new places for holidays.

Caroline loves dentistry and finds it very rewarding and loves getting to know her patients. She really enjoys helping nervous patients overcome their fears and relishes seeing their confidence grow with each visit, seeing their dental health improve and eventually seeing them enjoy coming to see her.

Caroline trained in facial aesthetics in 2013 and has recently completed more training with Harley Academy in London. She has expert knowledge of facial anatomy and specialises in antiwrinkle treatments and skinboosters to improve signs of aging.

Dr. Kapil Mohan completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2001 from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which is one of the prestigious Dental Schools in India, and thereafter underwent training in Clinical Endodontics in Bangalore, India.

Kapil practised for nearly 8 years in his private practice in New Delhi and after passing the Statutory Examinations (ORE) in 2010, he moved to the United Kingdom.

Kapil is passionate about dentistry and has continuously updated his knowledge and skills through courses. He has clinical experience of over 20 years.

Kapil is pursuing Post Graduation Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Chester and plans to study towards MSc in Endodontics.

Kapil has a keen interest in Restorative Dentistry, Aesthetic dentistry, Digital Smile Design, Occlusion and TMJ. He is Invisalign-Go and Smile-fast provider.

Kapil is family oriented and has two sons and outside of dentistry he enjoys games of cricket. He is a travel fanatic and loves spending time with family

Dr Aggie Lawyszko-Kulikowska has been with us at Homemill since 2013, she Graduated in Poland with Dentistry and Bio-medical Science Degree.

She has a great rapport with nervous patients and is a firm favourite with our Child patients. She really enjoys the challenge of cosmetic and restorative dentistry and is very confident in performing Endodontic treatments.

Aggie is a keen traveller and relaxes by spending time walking her dog in the New Forest.

Dr Revathi decided from an early age she had always wanted to work in healthcare. This inspired her to become a dentist. Following her BDS degree from Tamil Nadu's Dr MGR Medical University in India, she moved to the United Kingdom. Since 2016, Revathi has been practicing general dentistry. She has a special interest in restorative dentistry and received an MSc from the esteemed Eastman Dental Institute with distinction in 2022.

Her MSc work has been published in the Journal of Dentistry, a leading dental journal. She guides young and aspiring dentists as an educational supervisor.

Revathi is a very caring professional who puts nervous patients at ease. Her philosophy is to restore teeth as naturally as possible while minimizing discomfort. She enjoys rebuilding worn teeth and cosmetic concerns with composite bonding. Currently, she works in Bournemouth and New Milton.

When she's not working, she enjoys cooking, unwinding, and taking long walks with her husband and son.

Frederick is a caring and ethical dentist that is warm and polite, coupled with a sense of humour and a willingness to add value to those around him.

He has 27 years’ experience in dentistry in both public and private sectors in South Africa and the UK, including owning a dental practice in South Africa for almost 13 years.

He enjoys spending time with family, running, exploring and travelling.

Jason graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2010. Being born and raised in Poole he is proud to be serving his local community and is thrilled to be working at his own childhood practice.

is main area of expertise include oral surgery and dental implants where he has had over 10 years experience having trained at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in London and worked at the Oral and Maxillofacial unit at Poole Hospital. As an appointed educational supervisor he also mentors newly qualified dentists in the Dorset area.

He still practises family dentistry and likes to spend the time to get to know his patients and to help put them at ease.

Outside of dentistry, Jason enjoys travelling, cooking, climbing, snowboarding and water sports.

Dr Juliana is passionate about dentistry and focused on delivering the best treatment to the patients. Her caring nature will make you feel that you are truly being listened to, making sure that their expectation will be reached.

She graduated in Brazil in one of the highly renowned dental universities of Latin America and completed her master’s degree in Portugal. During her masters Juliana decided to live in Europe where she could easily do what she loves the most in her free time, to travel. After her first visit to the UK, she decided to live permanently in the South of England and chose Bournemouth to be her new home. In her spare time, besides travelling, she also loves to read and to hike around the New Forest and Dorset coast.
